Custom software for the AI age

methanerain is a small software shop. Seatbooker is ours, AdScheduler is coming soon. Designed, built and run in-house.

What we build

Custom web applications, from the first sketch to the thing running in production. The two products below are our own, built the same way.

Web applications

Booking systems, scheduling tools, customer portals and internal tools. Built for the browser, and deployed on infrastructure you control rather than ours.

End to end

Design, build, deploy. The same people carry a job from the first conversation through to the running system, rather than handing it on at each stage.

Our own products

Seatbooker and AdScheduler are built and maintained in-house. The stack, the standards and the review they get are the ones client work gets.

Products

Two of our own, designed, built and run in-house.

Seatbooker

Booking and scheduling software for venues: classes, appointments and payments in one calendar.

AdScheduler

One ad becomes every format a feed needs: square, story, reel and covers, then queued against real dates.

Also ours

Not a product. The person behind the shop.

John McCormack DBA

Writing on SQL Server, Azure and cutting cloud spend, alongside free training and guides. New posts are on hiatus; the archive stays up.
